Please note glueless takes 2 weeks to prepare.

Failure to drop off your unit 1 week before your appointment, will result in IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENT! Please be reminded THAT I DO NOT INSTALL FROM ANY AND EVERY VENDOR. Therefore it needs to be dropped off for approval to confirm the appointment.

Please come to your appointment with your hair fully washed and blown out. Failure to do so there would be a wash fee attached to your service.

Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment (same day cancellation) will be required to pay 50% of the service before rescheduling the appointment.

If you book and cancel twice in a row you will be blocked from making further bookings via the app so please be selective when booking. Only do so when you are absolutely sure you are ready to book.

Please do not bring any additional persons to the appointment with you. NO EXTRAS.

You have 30 mins grace period before the late fee is implemented. After 30 mins, you are subjected to pay a fine of $20 additional to your service.
